Bookings & Cancellation

1. Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total booking value is received.
Balance is payable upon check-in.
EFT Payments: Bookings paid via EFT are only confirmed when proof of payment, a copy of your ID, and driver’s license are emailed to the guesthouse.

2. Cancellation Policy

More than 28 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
15–28 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the booking value is due.
No-Show: Guests who do not check in by 20:00 on the arrival date, without prior arrangement, will be treated as a “No Show” and charged 100% of the booking value.
Early Departures: No refunds are provided for early check-outs.

3. Modifications to Booking

Changes to dates, room types, or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All modifications must be communicated to the guesthouse in writing.

4. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., additional beds, dietary requirements, or pets) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
While the guesthouse strives to accommodate all requests, no guarantees are made.

5. Important Notes

All bookings are subject to the Terms of Service of B@HOME Guest House.
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in. Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking information.

6. Guest Registration and Identification

All guests must complete a registration form upon arrival.
Guests must present valid identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
The guesthouse reserves the right to refuse service to guests who fail to provide valid ID.
